SHIPPING POLICY

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

 

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

 

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

 

If you have ordered a live animal, we will reach out to coordinate when the best shipping day is. We normally only ship on Tuesdays and/or Wednesdays because those are the lowest risk days to ship live animals. Once your order is packaged and the shipping label is created, we will send an email with your tracking information. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it right away. We only ship live animals via overnight delivery to FedEx hubs or to non-apartment residences. Please make sure someone is available to receive the package on the delivery day. We do our best to stay on top of any delays with your shipment, but if for some reason you suspect the delivery will be delayed and you haven't heard from us yet, feel free to reach out so we can contact our third party vendor to troubleshoot and expedite the delivery.

 

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

 

We do not offer international shipping.

 

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

 

We do not ship to states where Diamondback Terrapins aren't allowed as pets

 

We will not ship if the weather is below 20F or over 90F either at the shipping or delivery location

 

We will not ship on or near a holiday known for increased amounts of shipments as there is a more likely chance for delays and/or lost packages

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

 

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
